Felix landed with a loud crash but he wasn't too injured. "No Minors!" The large man bellowed after throwing the minor in question, Felix, out of his Casino in the Neon District. He disappeared into the vivid building while Felix collected himself, resentful of the man's behavior.
"Minor? You have minor laws?! God, this place is so boring! How am I supposed to have fun if I CAN'T PLAY MY GAMES!" Felix shouted and kicked at the building in a rage typical of a maniac.
"You're just afraid of losing your money aren't ya? FINE! This place was too easy for me anyway." Felix turned to leave. After walking a few yards down the street, he turned to face the building. He pulled a deck of cards from his sleeves and threw one at the large, neon sign hanging above the door to the building. The card split through the metal cables and the sign fell onto the sidewalk with a crash, the card returning to Felix like a boomerang.
The casino owner came out to see what happened and, upon seeing the sign in the street, started yelling obscenities at the faulty cables rather than Felix who was no longer there. Rather Felix was now watching from an upper street 200 feet away. He had teleported quickly to get away from the scene and suspicion and was now laughing to himself at the casino owner's misfortune caused by, what Felix called, his avarice and stinginess. "Hehe. That's what you get for denying games to 'children'." Felix said, quoting the air when he said 'children'.

"Now that was just unnecessary."
Stood behind the card-carrying Felix, a tall male garbed in an intricate white cloak regarded the troublemaker from behind his glasses. He nodded down the street towards the casino the other had just vandalised. There was a quiet hardness to his eyes that demanded that Felix take heed of his words. "He's simply trying to make a legitimate living. Just because you take issue with the way he does business is no reason to damage his property."
Zenn Loso crossed his arms, tilting his head towards the casino while keeping his gaze fixed on the white-haired male before him. "If you want to throw your money away that much, do it off the books. Save yourself this kind of hassle."

Felix looked behind him to see the looming white figure of a stern man. He listened quietly, though still a little upset he had been denied his hobby. Felix had read books and they were okay to him but he liked his games much more than reading.
"Waste my money? It's not a waste of money." Felix looked back at the casino. "I like to play games. If you like doing something, then money is no object." He started shuffling the cards in the air, a kind of shuffle that resembled sideways juggling.
"Minor laws. Fortune never had minor laws, and everyone was fine. At the very least, I had fun." Felix turned to the man in white, finishing his shuffle. "Who are you?"
